Constant Services, Inc. is a second-generation family-owned business specializing in industrial gravure printing and coating for over 40 years. We are award-winning B2B leaders in gravure printing for the Pool, Decking, and Wallboard products sectors.
Although best known in the above sectors, we have capabilities in PVC vinyl and other non-woven substrates. We’ve done projects for film and stage props, manufactured housing, recreational vehicles, outdoor living, the medical sector, and more.
The Gravure printing method is unique. It is the only commercial process that has the ability to control both the area of ink coverage and ink film thickness from the same print unit. This is achieved with recessed cells of varying area, depth, and, therefore, volume. The varying ink film thickness and cell sizes on the same cylinder improve the image quality and color saturation without reducing image resolution. Gravure printing delivers the most consistent and robust color of any printing method, even for incredibly large print runs.
